Claire Patton was born and raised in Humboldt County and has spent more than fifteen years helping people buy and sell homes here. She earned her real estate license in 2009 and became a licensed broker in 2023, building her experience through years of client representation, negotiation, pricing strategy, and local market work.
Her approach is straightforward: listen first, explain clearly, and help people make decisions without pressure. From the coastal pace of Trinidad and Orick to the neighborhoods of McKinleyville, Arcata, and Eureka, that local perspective helps her clients think through not just the property, but the place around it.
Outside of real estate, Claire is a devoted mom, a nature lover, and an active member of Rotary International — her work and her life both rooted in the community she calls home.
